If you want to modify, cancel, skip, or re-schedule, you can always do it, keep in mind we have a cutoff that allows our Kitchen and Logistics Team to stay on schedule. After that time, you will be charged for your order, and it will be processing in our system.
- NY: 3 days before your delivery day until 5 pm.
- Northeast: 4 days before your delivery day until 5 pm.
Remember, you need to have an active mobile phone number on your account to be on top of your delivery notifications and make changes before any charge.
